Private pay, with superbill
$850 initial evaluation, then concierge membership from $650/month. A detailed superbill is provided for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
What concierge care looks like
This is care built around the patient, not the schedule. You work directly with Dr. Ramy across the lifespan — children, teens, and adults — families are part of the plan when it helps, and every visit gets the time it actually needs.
What we treat
- Complex ADHD and focus — including the medication decisions families wrestle with
- Anxiety, panic, and school refusal or avoidance
- Depression, irritability, and escalating mood
- The psychiatric side of autism and developmental differences, and the high-achieving teen who's quietly burning out
- Alcohol and opioid use in adults, including medication-assisted treatment (MAT) where clinically appropriate and permitted
- Children, teens, college students, and adults across the lifespan
How you pay
Care is private pay. It begins with a comprehensive initial evaluation; ongoing care is then offered through one of two monthly concierge memberships, but only if it's the right fit — there's nothing to commit to before we meet. Access and continuity are built in rather than billed by the clock.
- Initial psychiatric evaluation: $850
- Concierge Continuity membership: $650/month
- Comprehensive Child, Family & Complex Care membership: $1,250/month
Additional follow-ups beyond your included monthly time are $350 (30 minutes) or $650 (60 minutes). We provide a detailed superbill you can submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement, and a Good Faith Estimate on request.
